Every now and then i find my self needing a hand tool of some kind, for a specific job. The top brands can be pricey, especially if it's a tool I'll only use a couple times in a year. I've found getting those type of tools are just as good and save me $$$. So, Hurray for Harbour Freight !! Always helpful and courteous staff. Clean store's and always seem to find something I didn't know I needed until I find it. Thank you Harbour Freight.

First business I stepped into in the brand-new year of 2026, and Harbor Freight set the tone perfectly. Supervisor Michelle was a complete breath of fresh air. Friendly, present, and genuinely helpful in a way that instantly makes you feel welcome. Sarah was equally fantastic. She helped me track down an item that could have been hiding in multiple places, doing so with patience, clarity, and without any frustration. I also think they only hire attractive people with beautiful hair and easy-going personalities. See for yourself, but don't be creepy. Between the great service and smooth experience, this felt like the official commencement of all the frivolous spending I’ll be doing this year. 🎺 Fanfare! And let the games begin! 🎉

I just left this harbor freight location. The 2 ladies working the front starred me down. Very very uncomfortable feeling. Why do I keep coming back to this location? 😫 Only because my house is right down the street. I was actually considering buy a 1,900 dollar generator. Either the two ladies this morning never seen a black person or interacted with a black person before. Thats understandable. Or they are straight up racist. It's unfortunate that I have to drive all the way to Circle st. To feel accepted by the people working at Harbor Freight. SMH. I thought it was a one time experience. Then I realized that I gave the same review a few months back.

Very helpful employees. As far as the brand, the company is really shedding the cheap tool stigma. Read reviews of tools before making your choice.
