I know, personally, how low staffed harbor freight keeps it stores. But with who they had they were doing amazing. Shootout to Leah (supervisor) for holding down the fort and helping the MANY ill tempered and impatient customers with a good attitude and a smile. Good Job all around! PICTURE FOR ATTENTION

Rude front employee. We did arrive 5min to closing but had all items at the register with 3min left. Second employee was very polite and friendly. They returned the MIG 170 because the discount wasn’t applied until March 2nd. Oddly enough would not speak of open box discount when inserts of cardboard were missing/on the floor of a welding helmet we purchased. Will obviously shop here again.. but work on professionalism.

Professionalism and leadership training needed for Maria, the Supervisor at 154 W Fletcher Ave, Tampa fl 33612 I am writing to share feedback about an uncomfortable experience I witnessed just now. The line was very long, and the cashier, Kaye, was understandably asking for assistance to manage the customer flow. Instead of assisting, the supervisor, Maria, began shouting at Kaye in front of the entire line of customers. She was waving her hands and yelled, from her Station "Can you wait? I am talking about a customer situation here, can you wait?" She repeated this outburst multiple times in an ugly manner. This was not a demonstration of good leadership or professional manners. While I hope Maria is not fired, she urgently needs coaching on how to manage her staff respectfully, especially in view of customers. I feel for Kaye, who was simply trying to do her job under pressure.

Liam is the man! He was able to work with me on getting me the 3 ton Badland jack in time for me to work on my car. Him and his team are very friendly and are more than willing to assist with any questions you have or to point you in the right direction for tools you may need.

Harbor Freight in Tampa is a great place to shop. Honestly, it’s like walking into a big toy store for men. They have just about every tool you can think of, and it’s always fun looking around to see what new tools and equipment they have in stock. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff has always been helpful whenever I’ve had a question. If you like tools or do any kind of mechanical work, this place is definitely worth stopping by.
