Went in to get a floor jack, checked the website beforehand to make sure there was one in stock, pulled a “take to register” slip off the shelf, just for the cashier to tell me there was no more inventory. Didn’t check the system or the back, just told me sometimes the website is wrong. Missed a sale because of poor system management or laziness. Really turned me off of harbor freight as a whole, which is a bummer because I love their products!

I stopped into this store recently and walked up to the Register and greeted the Manager, Pedro. I was the only person in line and politely asked about returning a tool that was faulty a day after I purchased it. He was very "disrespectful" and "unprofessional." He was talking to me like I was a kid getting scolded. I didn't react to his disrespect and unprofessionalism. He lacks basic Customer Service skills and should not be working for Harbor Freight or in any position that requires him to interact with customers. I used a personal Harbor Freight account in order to return this tool. We do a lot of business with Harbor Freight for the company I own. We will never do business with Harbor Freight ever again. My company does a decent amount of business with them. If this is the Quality of Employee or Manager at Harbor Freight, it's terrifying. I would pull Pedro out of his position and teach him basic Customer Service Skills and how to deal with customers in a professional manner. What a shame that this type of person represents Harbor Freight.

Came in today for a tool cart and although I had a silly request to put a tool cart that seemed too big to fit in my small car, sam remained professional and still offered to assist me. We removed it out of the box and Sam went above and beyond, kept his professionalism, was patient, and offered a solution even when the other employees were laughing at me when i insisted to put it in my car. 5 stars!!!

The staff are very friendly and the prices are excellent; you can find many things there at very good prices.

I wanted to do a price adjustment to my closest harbor freight, since the item I bought before had a better deal this week. I called another store and they said they can do it. I tried doing it here, some old lady had a pissy attitude about me doing it. Made me walk over to the isle to get the same thing I’m returning. And then price adjusted afterwards. Idk if it’s cuz she had to work on Veterans Day or what but this was bad customer service.
