Great customer service. Friendly staff. Helpful. The cashier (cannot remember his name) was the example of how customer service should be. Upbeat, polite, and calm during a busy time. Will be going back.

I needed a shroud for a 4.5" grinder and HF was the only place locally that had them on stock. It worked perfectly and I should have bought one of these ages ago.

Love harbor freight, the parking lot sales are always great! Store is clean, very organized, well lit. Easy to find everything you need. Employees are very helpful. Lifetime tool warranties are amazing.

Good tools, misleading ads. Recently saw an advertisement fraudulently claiming that there was a Harbor Freight in MY neighborhood. This is flagrantly untrue and dangerously misleading. After I was left under the impression that there was a location in my neighborhood I frantically began searching for it on foot. I walked day and night searching for the promised land. But my endeavor was fruitless. I nearly started to death in my multi-day quest. Worst of all when I finally found a location they didn't have the free item deal running anymore. Overall great place to buy a pickaxe that will bend after one day of work.

Management/ownership is super hostile. Aggressive about returns even when unused or not from THEIR store. Also witnessed them freak on on someone for asking to use the bathroom before making a purchase. Don't know what went wrong with them but I will go to any other harbor freight but this one.
