I was pre-shopping LOL. My son's birthday is 2 days after they close on their first house. So I will be coming back with a huge shopping list. The sales people were very helpful in giving me some great suggestions.

The store is organized, tidy except for what is currently being put out on the floor, things were fairly easy to find for a first-time shopper, and the prices seem reasonable if not a little too good to be true. But I am more than happy with this first buy amd intend to come back!

Went in looking for a Torques wrench and took me forever to find it. You'd think they'd be where the Ratchets sockets and wrenches are but they weren't anywhere on the Isle. Smh somebody had a brilliant idea to move them to the end and on the back at that instead of putting them where someone could look down the isle and see them. Even the end facing the front of the store would've made sense but anyway Harbor Freight is a Grown Man's Playground so always gonna get likes from me. I'm only talking about the Raleigh location. Wilson didn't disappoint me at all. Lol but anyway, Raleigh please put the back on the Isle

Harbor freight routinely runs scam coupon sales "in store only" stock, for items they have little or no stock on hand for the sale. Pure dishonesty! A reputable company would either prestock for the sale, or make the coupons good for online purchase, or give rain checks. HF does nothing! . Example: recent 25% off, 2 day sale for predator generator covers. I called my local store day 1, all gone! I've been an inside track member for years, not gonna renew. HF online marketing has got increasingly worse of late, sending scam emails for scam "parking lot" sales that don't exist,etc. I'm quitting HF for this purposeful dishonesty. Bye!

I couldn't ask for a better experience at a hardware store. I go into other hardware stores and this was a way better experience The website told me exactly where the item I was looking for was at and it was there for the price listed. First time there but if i ever need hardware I will go there first
