Im never coming back. Very rude and unwelcoming staff. I was treated like an annoyance by both employees. I asked one where the sandpaper was after not seeing it on my first walk through the store. He stared blankly at me like he hated that I was asking him anything. Eventually he pointed me to the wall. The second one was the cashier. He seemed annoyed that he had to ring me up. I told him I needed to split the items I was purchasing into two separate purchases. He irritably asked “Any particular reason why?” As if it was a huge inconvenience. It was literally four small items and at most added 10 seconds to our interaction. I don’t know what’s going on in that store, but it was an unpleasant experience.

Excellent store! Isles were neatly arranged. Very clean inside and out. Manager was very professional and knowledgeable. One of the best ones I’ve been to so far. Will return

We phone twice before making the drive to North Olmsted about a generator. They had two there and were told "no holds allowed" or no Purchase over phone/web. We arrive and Dan straight out lies about not being able to load a generator. Then he states the one was on hold. He obviously was holding it for a family member or friend and lied about harbor freight loading policy. Dan was unprofessional and sucks at his job. Called Sheffield store and imagine this, they asked if we wanted to hold it with our name. Got there, purchased it and imagine my husband and son worked with the associate to load it. Do better North Olmsted. Tell Dan that lying gets him no where in life. May Dan have the day he deserves.

It's a great Harbor Freight. The staff is always ready to help me with anything I need. Loading up heavy stuff they just offered to help. (Wheelchair user)

Foster runs a great operation here. Terrific staff and always well stocked. One of my favorite places to shop.
