Everyone in here helps you out. Everyone in here is friendly. The whole staff on that part. 5/5 This store is on the west side of Town. It’s a rough crowd. People are more. Rude as a customers wanting help as fast as they can. They want to fly. Sometimes they cut you off. They fight with other customers. But the employees seem to always have a solution and remain comp for that. I recommend this this store. They still keep a good attitude, and they still keep the respect for each and every customer. They helped me out load things unload things. Return things. I’ve been coming to this one over five years. I definitely recommend this one. It’s good stock. Vegas stocked all the time. And they’re very friendly. If you need a question, they will tell you. How are you doing, sir have a good day, sir. Can I help you find anything, sir? They are still some crazy Karen’s out here. Thinking That they paid for a five star hotel. They Forget that the customer is always right , but they forget the rest of the same The same goes. The customer is always right and taste. Not in customer service not and loading or unloading. Not in App Store. They ain’t a restaurant. Show these people some type of respect. Bring Humanity back. To the west side of Town. Support our community by leaving Great reviews, and helping each other out as human beans. Hopefully there’s got your attention. I give these people off. 10/10 It’s convenient because it’s the only one on this part of town in a while. If you don’t want to drive Thirty Minutes. Into Tulsa .

I cannot brag ENOUGH about Drea the amazing young lady that assisted us. She went above and beyond to help us and to direct us on what to do and who to talk to in order to get itemized statement emailed on a recent purchase among other things we needed assistanceand guidance with. She didn't rush us and was SO PATIENT and helpful. The young lady is absolutely an asset to the company and I hope they take every opportunity to advance her role because she absolutely exhibited upper management/corporate skills and capabilities. Her ability to multitask, problem solve, handle multiple issues and customers efficiently, in such a professional manner that not even one customer became inpatient. In a nutshell, I was impressed and im not easily impressed.Ive got decades of experience in retail and corporate environments so when I observe and experience quality, ethical leadership i give credit. She was intelligent, articulate, was able to empathize,understand and identify our needs and de-escalate what began as a frustrating issue, ( not a HF issue) and made our entire experience one of the most positive . Definitely a Leadership Example. Thank you Miss Drea, Thank You Harbor Freight for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for your customers.

Don't trust the web site for availability. I have had multiple experiences where the app shows on hand inventory but when when I get to they can't find it? Location is convenient but it's cramped.

The Sand Springs store was out of a product I wanted to purchase. The took my name and phone # and called me the item was in and I could pick it up at the cashier. Don't get this kind of customer service very often. Thank you all who was involved
