Visited this location last night for a warranty trade on a ratchet for my boyfriend. The sales associate Neveah was EXTREMLY knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She resolved the situation with one tool and was able to recommend and help with a purchase of additional things. I will specifically return to this location because of her excellent customer service!

2/20/2026 I am heading out of town for work. Needed to purchase a cargo carrier for my tools. One particular employee went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. Very patient and kind but unfortunately, I did not get her name. Thank you for the great customer service.

Purchased a very expensive generator at the Pennsauken store. A day later I receive a coupon for the item for $300 off that was available and should have been offered during my purchase. I contacted the store, and they would not honor the coupon stating that you had to be in person to receive coupon savings, which I couldn’t due to severe weather and in another state, and also stated they are not responsible to offer coupons available on items. It’s amazing that Harbor Freight doesn’t honor their own coupons…shady customer service if you ask me.

Great place for discounted tools and similar items {garden, painting, lighting, misc. items} related to construction, home repair, & diy projects. Friendly/knowledgeable staff that doesn't run away when they see a customer. I'm about 80% satisfied with the items I've purchased here. Again, the tools here are a lot cheaper than other places, so if you don't mind minor imperfections once and a while {100' hose that smells when it's hot, oscillating multi tool that broke(but they replaced), metal snips had to adjust the screws} , this is the place for you.

One of the bigger stores ive been too, shelves seemed to be well stocked overall and store was clean, just wish staff was more friendly and willing to help customers.
