So we needed a generator and purchase the 4375 out the box it was defective and we returned and was given another one already out the box. That one defective as well. So a week later when we were able to return it for a refund due to being defective and unsatisfied they charged a 96.00 restocking fee 🤷🏿‍♀️So explain how does a product guarantee return if not satisfied within a 90 day period and harbor freight doesn't sell used generators equal a restocking fee for the customers for items that's not restocked and defective. Sounds more like a class action suit for potentially operating under deceptive trade practices in my personal laymen opinion. You can't force a person to cover a loss under your false pretense of warranty. Not a good business look or customer service practice. Either stand behind your product as you advertise or let people know you ARE going to pay a restocking fee period. Guarantee you will sell less product and lose business.

The blonde headed security officer is horrible. Speaks horrible is not professional.This speaks all kinds of foul language in front of the customers, including customers with small children. She needs to be letgo.

I love Harbor Freight - this new one might be really great - but I can't tell you if it is because we were greeted at the open door 5 minutes before posted closing time by the security guard who told us the store was already closed. We had one item that would have been within the 5 minutes to grab, pay for, and leave with. We weren't trying to shop the whole store and keep them late. We watched them turn away 3 other customers right after us. We're respectful and wouldn't have kept them. I know it wasn't their systems because a customer was leaving with his purchase when we arrived. Hate to leave a crummy review on the Freight, but if you close at 7:50pm, post that as your closing time. Womp.

Well stocked. If you dont know the area, it's the hood. Park close to the door and dont stop for anyone in the parking lot. Pretend youre deaf and dont hear them.

There employees like to close early i pulled up 15 minutes before closing time they were already standing at the door wen they seen me arrive and they locked the door and ran to the back.
