Stopped by on a Monday morning. The store had a steady flow of customers. We had a bit of trouble locating what we needed, and there were only two staff members—one at the register and one moving around. We had to wait a bit to ask for help, but once we did, it was all fine. Overall, a decent visit.

Our first visit to Harbor Freight. Friendly helpful staff. Surprised at all the items they carry in fairly small store. Only downside is that almost all of the items on sale were gone.

I had to make a return here for some yard lights that stopped working and were under warranty. The manager Brandon was super friendly and nice, helped process the return quickly, and overall was very professional. Would highly recommend this location based on my experience
