Review about Harbor Freight Tools I purchased a can of body filler liquid from this store during a sale — the price was good. I never used the product. Later, after getting advice from ChatGPT, I realized that this product was not suitable for my task, so I decided to return it. When I came to make the return, the cashier opened the can in front of me and said that it had already been opened and used, claiming that there had been a sticker which I supposedly removed. However, neither I nor the cashier checked the product at the time of purchase — the can looked sealed. It seems likely that someone may have used this item before it was sold to me, but I cannot be certain and I am not blaming the cashier personally. This looks more like a lack of proper inspection of returned items by the store. The amount of money was small, so it’s not a big loss for me — maybe I’ll use it someday. But the fact itself is unpleasant. ⚠️ Advice to other customers: Always open and check such items in front of the cashier before paying. Check the seal, the lid, and the condition inside. Based on my experience, this step is very important here. Please be careful when purchasing consumable products.

I’m a photographer, and I recently had an issue with my flash device. Its battery completely drained, and I learned from a YouTube tutorial that I could potentially restart it with a trickle charger. I went to Harbor Freight, purchased a charger, and took it home to check if the clamps fit. I was not at the point of removing my battery from its casing and trickle charging it, the charger was never turned on. After further research, I discovered that my flash battery couldn’t be revived. When I returned the trickle charger the next morning, I was informed of an $8 restocking fee. I find this fee unreasonable, especially considering my circumstances. To make matters worse, the cashier seemed impatient and unwilling to answer my questions about the policy, immediately waving over a manager and dismissively stating there was a "dispute." I was simply asking for clarification and was the only person in line. The idea that I could have returned the item with the box sticker intact for a full refund, yet I’m penalized for being honest and returning it properly, is frustrating. Between the lack of customer service and the unreasonable fee, I’m very disappointed and unhappy with the staff of this Harbor Freight location.

Be careful everybody the Iza shopping online for quality and expect his tools is local to go to touch him and see the deals. So much better than going to the big box places or Ace because they’re just so expensive. Love, tell him KingZing sent you.
