Cecilia 5 months agoI had bought a pulley that was not the correct size for the project I was undertaking. I searched everywhere for my receipt but was unable to locate it. Therefore, I reluctantly went to Harbor Freight to try to exchange it and receive a refund. Fortunately, the store recognized my previous purchase using my phone number. Thank you, Harbor Freight, for assisting the consumer.
Maria Diaz 8 months agoCan’t beat these prices, especially with this economy. Able to find all everything for all trades. The cashier Lena (?) Loni (?) A-Star employee. I hope amazement sees this post so they can acknowledge her. See greeted everyone who came through the door. Tried her absolute best to talk to people in Spanish. Knew the store layout to a t, was friendly, professional, and efficient.
