I could not find what I was looking for. Multiple staff members saw me not being able to find what I was looking for. No one offered help. They make you walk pass the checkout counter. As I walked through the checkout without having anything to check out the two check out people did not ask me if I needed help finding anything. They just continued their conversation.

High quality tools at low prices, what’s not to love? Things I bought years ago are still in perfect condition. I used to drive to Mesa or East Phoenix to shop here, so it was pretty exciting to have this one open a mile away. There’s a Lowe’s down the street, but this will always be my first stop for tools. Plus there’s a Big 5 Sporting Goods and a Dollar Tree on either side so it’s a great little strip mall.

I've shopped here 4 or 5 times and always found what I was looking for. Since the prices are crazy good, you often end up buying things you didn't even plan to. The staff has been helpful and efficient. No negative things to report.

Glad they opened a store on Hayden Rd in Scottsdale AZ. Didn't go much to the next closest store as much as I wanted to due to distance. Very nice store fully stocked with the things I needed.

I am a local General Contractor. I will sometimes come in for tools or items when im in a pinch.. I needed a jackhammer and was immediately "not" greeted by employee Lisa and basically walked away from me as I was asking for help. She pointed to another employee as she turned the corner not even looking up.. I the went to the counter where a nice lady helped me, but Lisa was asked to bring up my item. However she brought up the wrong one. Now I can tell she's upset and again rudely spoke with me when I was asking if they had what I was looking for. I ended up with what I came in for but I have never had such a awful experience with one of your employees.. Lisa. you are rude. And this one star is for you.. I hope you have to talk with HR
