I’ve been shopping at Harbor Freight for a while now, and they continue to be the gold standard for unbeatable prices on tools. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a professional mechanic, the value you get here is unmatched. One of the biggest selling points for me is their incredibly hassle-free return and warranty replacement policy. If a hand tool breaks, you just walk in, hand it over, and they replace it on the spot—no jumping through hoops or waiting weeks for a shipping label. The real game-changer lately has been the Icon line. After putting them to the test, I can confidently say that Icon tools are on par with Snap-on quality but at a fraction of the cost. The finish, the tolerances, and the durability of their ratchets and wrenches feel exactly like what you’d find on a professional tool truck, but without the "truck tax." Getting that level of precision and a lifetime warranty at an incredible value price makes it impossible to justify spending four times as much elsewhere. If you want pro-grade gear without the debt, this is the place to go.

Absolutely horrible customer service ! Manager came out multiple times to see a line of people , chose not to help out poor guy patiently ringing up customer who seems to have the whole store in his cart . Then when they finally are through manager thinks it a good idea to do a cash drawer change with all these customers waiting. Cherry on top I came here cause online it said they had a lock that I needed . Well they don’t despite it saying available. No apologies for the wait , no apologies for making customers wait even longer , and no apologies for not having something that is stated in stock . I get it you are one of the worst locations in the worst part of town but like do we have to take out on your customers? I put back the other item I was gonna buy and I will give my business to Home Depot . Will never come to this location again.

I usually have a great experience at harbor freight, I’m even part of the ITC ! But they did not honor a warranty for something that has a “lifetime” warranty… this is unfortunate, if refrain from buying power tools from them

Great place to get good tools for a great price. Love the place can't go in there without getting two or more things. friendly employees knowledgeable about all the tools

Its a fun place to walk around..so many interesting items. I always get what I need at a good price, excellent customer service!
