Until now, the words Upscale and Harbour Freight were never utilized in the same sentence. Recently arrived as a first time guest at this location. I found the store to be fresh, clean and very well stocked. Immediately acknowledged and warmly greeted by the highly enthusiastic and professional staff. As usual, I bought more things then l had initially intended, but that's the risk of visiting to the big boys toy store. Extremely pleased with the experience. VISIT WITH CONFIDENCE

One of the more quieter stores in Tucson. Staff are friendly, stock is a bit thin at times for Coupon/ITC Deals, checkouts are usually no worse that one or two people deep.

Employees need to learn where items are and offer more assistance. Store is fairly new.

Carries lesser expensive options for tools you will not use every day. Not high quality built to last, but many have exceeded my expectations.

New location is clean, organized and well stocked. No bums milling about outside trying to ask for money or roll you for your purchases. Don't bother going to 22nd and Craycroft location.
