Harbor Freight is a great place to get some really good tools at a cheap price I was a contractor for 12 years and that's the place I went to the one I needed the tool that I wasn't going to use all the time but didn't want to pay those high prices at Home Depot or Lowe's they always had great prices on everything

Once upon a time, Harbor Freight was my undisputed champion for economically priced tools and hardware. Not so much anymore. I also miss their famous 20 - 30% off single use coupon for anything in the store.

I have never had a bad experience until today. I try and stop a couple of times a month after breakfast on the weekend. Today I stopped to get a weed sprayer. The lines to check out weren't too bad, but the cashier (Duane) got stuck with getting something from floor and the line backed up to about 6-7 people. So, when it was my time, I just wanted to get out and keep the line moving. Duane was already asking 10' from counter if I had a phone number. I said 'nope'. So, instead of accepting that I didn't, he replies 'what's the matter, you don't like saving money?'. I replied, 'I just don't want it'. This pissed him off. When transaction was complete he snidely said 'have good day, if you want to'. I won't go back to that place. It seems petty, but you need to respect my right to not engage your promotions and not to announce my number to the rest of the store. It's none of Duane's business. I just wanted to get in and out. Ironically, I do have number. I just was trying to move the line. Duane was out of line and I told him. Stop trying to shame people into your promotions. If we say 'no', accept it. Neither one of us would be pissed off now.

A very good place to buy tools. Great selection. Staff is outstanding. Very helpful. Parking lot is a little small, at times. Will be back soon. 😎 11/16 Needing large tool cabinet. 👍12/08 Excellent visit was able to get several tools what we needed. More checkouts would be helpful. Definitely could use a bigger parking lot. 👍

Went to go buy some things I need my husband and I and this is our go to store… if not Camino Seco anyways our 5 year old daughter needed to use the restroom and couldn’t hold it and asked an employee and was rude had said ooo sorry we just closed the restrooms so your telling me there’s a time on the restrooms it’s not a junkie using it or anything we went spent money and our daughter needed to use it and your going to say that… wasn’t cool told us to rush her to Walmart use there restrooms very rude man bald headed I rather driver our 10 more minutes then coming back.
