Great that they have early open hours. Always very helpful staff. Excellent money savings, compared to other big box home improvement stores. I don't participate in their membership plan.

I drove all the way here from the other side of town to get a particular item. The line was so long and didn't move with only one single cashie, so I walked out. This is my first and last time coming to harbor freight tools at this location. You wasted my time. I would rather die than ever set foot in the store again.

I was the only customer in the store . I bought two items, was searching for a grommet kit! Circled the entire store 3 times so I asked the checker Morina for help she wasn’t sure so she said it’s probably by the tarps. I am Handicapped and have a hard time walking but I did my best to find the items! I finally gave up and purchased my other items. I told her I never found the grommet kit, she said oh! Didn’t bother to ask another employee for help or take me to the item! I told her I will have to go Home Depot, she said ok! You lost a purchase! And a loyal customer!!!

They told me they had an item in stock so I drove all the way there and when I get there, the manager tells me they never had it in stock. I drove 20 miles just to go there. The manager Melissa is totally unprofessional. I truly hope the higher-ups noticed this comment and do something about her. She does not deserve that position.
