I need to use the restroom quickly and this store has two restrooms and both say All Gender Restrooms but the staff would rather give me code to the one which is in use and I been waiting here for a while.. if the second bathroom is only for staff as the girl told me why not leave a note outside on the door that says “employee only” ? I just spent over $200 and I couldn’t use the restroom.

I purchased a set of lugnut master socket set or extractor and I checked to see if it would fit but it did not. I opened the box carefully no tear no tape but they charged me a $13 restocking fee for trying if it fits. The store cashier clerk said you had to know your size ahead of time and look at the size of the items your purchasing. Just beware of this rip-off. I did not use the item but just tried to see if it fits. Be very careful with this policy. The product I returned was in the same condition that I bought about 2 to 3 hours prior but just opening it to try if it fits caused me $13.00. I will not be buying some items there anymore!

The shopping experience was hampered since nearly every aisle was occupied for restocking. I can live with that. However, when I paid the guy didn't seem to want to be there, and after I paid he just turned around and walked away. I had to reach over to his side of the counter to collect my items. Next time I'll go to the sketchy store on Blackstone.

Good place to shop tools, wasn't as economical as it used to be. Friendly and helpful staff.
