Called asking about an item, put me on hold for 12 minutes to look for it, another guy finally answered and asked “How can I help you?” And before I could answer, he hung up on me. Called back, asking the same thing, finally said the item was in store there. I said great. Intentionally got off work early so I can drive there from Walnut Creek to make it in time. Called to confirm if it was still there, guy put me on hold, said they didn’t have it. I asked if it was sold or not bc someone said it was there earlier, the guy just said “Oh I don’t know. Just says it’s not here. I sent someone else to check but I can do it if you want.” Yes please that would be great!! Still turns out that it’s not there and there was no recollection of it being sold. Great customer service guys. I swear these young guys are clowns. You know, I need those items for my small business. I’m working hard just like everyone else. I just ask the same in return. Good communication and customer service. I’m good here.

Great service they help me to find what I need tech. They explain very well how the equipment works and Dave brought dad items to the cashier because he lives heavy. The cashier has a big smile. She helped me to renew my membership. She gave me a discount she also Held for take the warranty

They put the $25 breaker bar on the $15 display hook. They rang me up for $25, and when I said I picked it from the $15 hook, they told me it was a mistake. I then asked if the $15 one was still available, and they said no; even though the website clearly shows it is available. When I went back to check, I found the $15 one on the shelf. When I returned to the checkout with the same cashier, he wasn’t welcoming at all and acted like he didn’t want to take accountability for telling me it wasn’t available earlier. When I told him they should verify the price hook, he seemed annoyed and said, “We have a different department for that,” in a rude tone. Bro, if you don’t want to have these conversations as a cashier, maybe you should find a different job.

Watch your receipts. I was charges TWICE for the most expensive item, and not for the least. I had to run back before they closed - or they would never ever had admitted their mistake. The plug tester broke on the second use.
