I went here today (08/24/2025), and the customer service that I received was totally awesome. Ms Anna was totally great at checkout. She was patient and polite, and also helped me to find the item that was on sale. I appreciate her help so much. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Excellent quality tools, and very helpful customer service. A lady found me looking confused in the aisles looking for a magnetic tool organizer and then walked me to exactly where I needed to go. Even the cashier was very nice.

Harbor freight always has the tools I need at a great price. I have been using Bauer 20v tools for years with no problems. Don't think that they aren't any good because of the low prices.

A little bit tucked away, but a small, intimate shopping experience. The people help you find exactly what you're looking for, and even with a good crowd you can be in and out in a few minutes.
