Abel and Duglen Are both awesome. Excellent customer service. These guys will help you with whatever you need no issues at all. I drove all the way from Pembroke Pines just to come to the store because I love the way. The staff helps with whatever questions or purchases I need.

I purchased a foam heat knife that stopped working after just two uses. When I tried to return it, the store claimed their credit card machine was down and forced me to take store credit instead of a proper refund. Meanwhile, I watched other customers checking out with credit cards perfectly fine. I do not recommend this store. Buying cheap goods here will just cost you more in the long run.

Although the store is not as well stocked as some others you're actually able to find the staff member to help you. That puts them way ahead of some of the other locations. And more importantly they've redesigned the checkout Lanes and getting out of the stores far more efficient

If you need tools at a fair price it's the only place to shop. The staff is great!
