Good products and nice employees but the parking is limited and there were very long lines. The cashier staff was overwhelmed.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Harbor Freight because of an employee named Elicia. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I asked a simple question, her attitude was hostile and disrespectful. If someone clearly dislikes dealing with customers this much, they should not be working in a customer-facing position. Treating people this way is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the store. Instead dealing with customers, she should be cleaning toilets. Management seriously needs to address this behavior. Employees who treat customers with this level of disrespect should not be representing the company.

Lady at check out doesn't speak a word of English, couldn't answer any questions about anything because she had no idea what I was saying. then I had to wait for someone to translate

I purchased an Avanti airless paint sprayer. Some reviews complained about the gun leaking. I've put 15 gallons though it over 2 days and it has been fantastic.

Had dropped my wallet and got a call the next day. Received it with everything inside. Great honest people
