Never thought I'd have to finally write a review for this place, normally they're 5*, but it seems like because they've been swallowed up by Alaska, their new rules and policies don't cater to anyone but priority and pick up. If you're dropping off, expect to wait for at LEAST an hour during peak times. Peak times in the afternoon are 3pm+. At least assign one worker to assist with people dropping off. We don't have all day to stand around when they just take pick up and priority. I understand priority should be first, but it isn't most of our choices to send general, most of us dropping off work for someone else. ALASKA DO BETTER! 2 STARS are for the other days that are awesome. Today was absolutely atrocious.

Had a wonderful experience today 4/8/24 shipping out my pug Loki, when you 1st get there they ask you to put your dog in kennel to get him weighed and then you fill out all necessary paperwork & pay for flight. Everyone we encountered was really nice. After they weighed Loki they gave him back to us for about 2 hours then it was time to put him in kennel again, we said our goodbyes & they also gave him water with ice.

Good service and usually speedy. When it is busy, wait times can be over an hour but on a typical day you're in and out of there within 15-30 minutes. Nicest staff around.

3/2025 They really rock it! Huge facility, friendly, clean, welcoming, busy, efficient, quick and very reasonable rates. What else do you need. They use passenger flight fir cargo so there are, of course, bulk restrictions, but other than that, send it via Hawaiian, and on the the flight, if you have to get it there now! 😉🤙

This review is of their Maui Location(see pic). The kind & friendly people behind this door truly have the Hawaiian spirit behind them. On many occasions I have used them when shipping to the Big Island. They are always polite, engaging and delightful. They are well-trained & curious to know me and how they can best serve my business! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
