So much stuff, went to get a new sheet rock pan but, they have the store laid out to get me. The store is well organized so to get what I need I have to pass by what I can't live with out. I usually get more than intended but am usually happy with what I get. Staff is always helpful and make my visits easy (THANKS). The mud pan is great along with the tape measure, hole saw,chalk for chalk box and I think I'll stop there don't want to let on I intend to get everything. Great store Great Staff and I'm a shopper so when the price is right I'm buying.

The management here is great. Great customer service year round. Thank you for being part of our community. All the staff here is nice.

I love this store. The cashier Angie was the best very knowledgeable of the store and greets everybody. She has a wonderful spirit. Store is nice and clean.

I purchased a tool @ 12pm, got home and it was broken. Went back to the store at 2pm to exchange it for a working tool. The associates wouldn't allow the item to be returned or exchanged. I was told that I had to contact the manufacturer of the item and return it through their online website. The manufacturer takes 8 weeks to process a return. The managers on duty had no solutions, I had to eat the cost and go to Home Depot. I can't shop at a store where there is no customer service at all, no honor, if you sell a broken product you need to allow it to be returned/exchanged and if you have strict return policies on items then you need to explain this verbally before a customer makes a purchase. Don't allow a customer to buy a product and if it's broken, explain that it's on the receipt that this item has to be returned through the manufacturer. The management needs to go through more training and the sales associates as well. Who sells broken tools and doesn't allow for exchanges to get a working tool? Harbor freight on chef next to autozone. I had an urgent need for the tool and management couldn't just swap the tool for a working tool like any other store hardware store.
