Neatly organized and clean store. It's my first time shopping there and I was able to find what I needed. Staff seems friendly. Plenty of parking available too. There was a guy outside fixing his car using whatever stuff he got from the store lol

Going into Harbor freight you know what you’re getting the prices are OK now they used to be really good but then again everything is Chinese. Nobody can sell anything from the United States. I do not understand this. As much as they charge, I can’t imagine some of these products could not be made in the USA.

I stopped into the brand new Harbor Freight store this morning. Everything was well stocked, and you could tell that they put a lot of effort into making sure the store was in very good order. It's much nicer than the other locations in Metairie and the West Bank. All the people there were very friendly and very eager to help. A welcome addition to the parish.

Miss Chelsey is hands down the best manager iv ever delt with at a harbor freight. This lovely women went beyond what I asked to deal with my recipe issues I was having. Very professional manager. Will be making this store my go to store in New Orleans.
