I cant explain how much I come here! Friendly staff and they stock about everything im looking for! Definitely a store for DIY'ers to Heavy equipment techs! Will continue shopping here and what can I say, I always have a good time coming here!

Big nice and has lots of items. Due to harbor freight selling so much they may not have what you are looking for but you can get it online still but all in all this store was nice and big with lots of items.

Even if you have several buisness buying thousands of dollars on tools and have your membership they won’t help you look up a receipt, I had 90 day warranty on a motor and they were not kind at all to even try to find it for me usually the manager does and he’s really kind but not the current workers, might have to take my buisness somewhere else

Desiree was super helpful staying on top of what was needed from customers as well. Her employees recommend people to do their shopping here.

I have been to 3 different HFs in this town. This one has the best young men there. I walked in and they all greeted me with a smile. The older man showed me right where it was. The other HFs need to take lessons from this location. The one on Juan Tabo and Menaul Blvd NE has the worst customer service. I will never shop there again. I gave them 3 chances and each interaction I had there was worst than the first. I'd drive across town just to go to this store. Thanks
