I needed a quiet a few items. And about fifteen clamps. They actually had a fairly good variety. Fair pricing. The only complaint I bought have in Harbor freight or for Harbor freight.Is there online services suck. Their shipping takes forever. But i've also had positive experiences as well as far as certain returns for items that were practically faulty out of the package. There really wasn't any issue with the return.And the return money came in fairly quick. At this particular store the staff was very friendly and kind as well as their security. They were helpful and for the most part informative. They even checked to see if there was any discounts that could be applied, Due to the bill that I racked up. They were able to save me about forty dollars. Definitely a good place to start if you need specific items. Sure beats the hell out of home depot.

Great place to get tools. Horrible customer service from Shane though. Might be a manager not sure. He was called up from the back. I thought it was reasonable to bring the unopened Daytona Jack i bought less than 24 hours ago to get the $70 off today. He did not let me. Maybe I am wrong. All I know is I would have let one of my customers do that. I just returned it all together. I technically don't need it i operate a shop of 43 technicians.

Recently, I started shopping at harbor freight.The location at cottonwood is fantastic. The kids working there had good customer service.They knew how to speak to the guests. The knowledge of all of the inventory locations in the store was impressive. I was so impressive that I spent twice the amount that I planned on. Thank you for providing a good, solid guest experience and taking care of your team.

Always get the best service! The quality of tools are getting better year after year. If I can't find what I'm looking for in their store, they are willing to direct me to another store!
