Bot a timing light and it did not work. Took it back and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee. What! You are going to charge a customer for a broken timing light, and put it back on the shelf so some other fool will purchase. It broken. The sales clerk was nice but the manager was a very difficult. Finally they gave me back my money. My fault for going to HF. WORSE THEN TEMU.

Avoid this store, there was a man trying to return a 90+ day thing, held up the line for over 10 minutes, manager was there, instead of opening another line to check us out, she completely ignored that we have lives to live as well and choose to keep us all waiting for this selfish person. Horrible management service.

A decent place. Kinda small. I wish they had more inventory as when I go to the locations around Nashville, they have a lot more things available. There is only 1 location in Clarksville, it needs to be bigger or utilize it's space better.

By far my favorite Harbor Freight location. Well stocked store and friendly & extremely helpful staff. Had a return after weeks of original purchase date. No questions asked, no problem at all. Received cash refund within literally seconds. 5 stars all across the board!
