Was my first time to go to harbor freight. Went to purchase a grease gun. Was a great bargain. Also picked up a pair of looper shears , also a great bargain. Saw many other items that caught my eye, great bargains as well. Plan to get back soon. They seemed to have plenty of knowledgeable staff on hand who were very attentive and gave off really good vibes

I went to the Harbor Freight in Smyrna TN for a 27 gallon compressor which they did not have in stock. We decided to drive to this location because it was in stock. Everything was fine until we were at check out. After giving the cashier our product ticket she informed Hannah in the back that it needed to be brought to the front. Over the radio Hannah decided to inform the cashier that she wasn’t going to bring it because she was busy and behind and we needed to come back tomorrow. I will never come back here again. If not for the young man who went and got it we would have been screwed.

Lied to. Let down. Done… 10 trips to the same store chasing a tool their website swore was in stock. Not once did they find it. Not once. If your inventory system is that broken, take it down. You’re just wasting people’s time. I should’ve bought the Snap-on from the jump and kept it moving. Lesson learned the hard way.

The store is clean and well-organized. The prices on most items are more than reasonable. Harbor Freight may not be huge in comparison, but the number of items stocked at all Harbor Freight stores is plenty, and many of their items you will not find at the competition's stores. If you want more bang for your buck, I recommend you visit a Harbor Freight store near you. I can almost guarantee you will walk out with something you hadn't planned on buying.
