This is how I unwinded after work. Lol browsing the isle of harbor freight. Did I need all of this stuff? Probably not, but I'm excited to have the tools I need when a project comes around! Great prices and great employees!

Employee attempted to deceive me into renewing their membership over 3 months early. He emphasized that it was expiring soon and said the computer screen told him to say that. Maybe this employee is writing his own predatory sales pitch or maybe he is just following the stores direction but I personally am not interested in pressure sales.

Customer service was extremely disappointing and rude. Around 1pm on March 8th, two male employees were working the registers at Harbor Freight. I waited over 10 minutes in a line where one cashier was actively helping the person in front of me. When I finally reached the front, he told me the lane wasn’t open and made me switch to another line. I asked why he couldn’t have told me sooner, and the second employee backed him up in a rude tone, saying “he was helping another customer sir”. The line I was forced into was already backed up. Then, only five minutes later, the same cashier who turned me away opened that lane again and immediately helped someone who should have been way behind me. Both employees made me feel stupid in front of a lot of other customers for a mistake they caused. It was a horrible experience.

Know what you want before you go. They have some great prodects at reasonable prices, but spend the extra mony on name brands elsewhere if you want your powered tool to last for decades.

I get what I want at reasonable cost. The employees are experienced and know the products. Organization of the products, good lighting and clean restrooms are a plus. Checkout is smooth and there are no hassles.
