Josh is super helpful! Store is clean, and we'll laid out. Prices signs are actually at their items, and well stocked. Rest of staff is also helpful, did the heavy lifting for us, and made a big purchase much easier. Would go out of my way to return to this store rather than the one closer to home because of the staff.

Customer service at this Harbor Freight location is consistently substandard compared to other stores in the area. Employees seem disengaged and rarely offer help. Asking a question or requesting assistance often feels like you’re inconveniencing them, and the overall attitude is usually poor. I try to avoid this location whenever possible. If you can, it’s better to go to the Cedar Park or Georgetown stores instead.

Bought a generator a few hours before I was emailed the 20% generator sale coupon. Called to see if I could get the deal honored since it was so close to the sale. Said no not even if I returned it and bought it again, said we can’t sell you another one even if you return it due to a policy. Sounds like bs, I’ve heard of stores honoring sales retroactively so I thought it wouldn’t be an issue, but refusing to sell me another one is just bad business.

I stopped in today to grab a highly rated Daytona floor jack, Brandon was so good to answer some questions and help me get the very heavy jack to my car. That's service, I also joined the harbor membership club and saved $50. Thanks Brandon you are appreciated.

Better shelf stock than most locations. Only one cashier and decent lines most of the time but when dealing with corporate payroll percentages there are staffing trade offs. You can help people on the floor, ring people up, deal with stocking/receiving but whatever the priority is something else will suffer. Definitely a better location than most.
