This store is nice and organized. The cashiers are nice and the store has a different look than other ones. It looks like it carries some different types of stuff or maybe more things than the couple stores I've been to.

Don't usually think of leaving reviews for home improvement tool retailers, but the service was excellent and should be acknowledged. I arrived :15 minutes before they closed, and the manager (Allen) came out to happily assist me. Not only did he answer my questions, but he listened, advised, and helped me think outside of the box. I'm super happy with my purchase. Thank you Allen!

Had to get a portable car jumper charger for my Cadillac... it's amazing of course you must fully charge it before first use.

I bought a pipe auger to clear a clogged toilet. It broke within 5 mins and they wouldn't let me exchange it for a new one. I realize they don't want you to return tools but this all happened within 30 mins and now I am out the $$ and have nothing to show for it. Exchanging broken or defective items is not the same as a return.

The associate are nice to customers when you purchase a item but when you want to return or ask about returning a item or a item that has gone down in price a few weeks ago there whole attitude changes not sure if that is company policy or just Leslie your associates policy on treatment of customers good thing there is a lot more to shop at other then harbor freight
