Very bad customer service. Purchased a chair 17 days ago and when I came to return it the manager miss Lacy was rude and said it looks “too damaged” I specifically asks when I purchased it if I was able to use it and they said yes as long as you return within 90days. So safe to say Harbor freight sugarland does not grant their warranties!

I love this tool store. People always say their products are cheap and not well made. Well I can't tell the difference because I can't afford the name brand ones!! So I keep purchasing affordable tools from here and if I am not happy with the product, I have 3 month no hassle returns! Keep your receipt, they won't do a refund without it!

Tons of good stuff at discount prices. For me it’s been well worth the price of an annual membership. Any time I start a new project I come here first for tools and supplies. I’m still a little skeptical on the quality vs cost on power tools, but hand tools and supplies have all been good enough quality.

Place is amazing. It has tools of all types, many unusual. It's really a must see store. Prices seem to be very reasonable.

Been here a few times. Stopped in for a set of drill bits since the last set I bought at another freight location is missing a few bits, lasted for quite a few years. The price is a lot better than the big box stores. Bought a multi position wall mount for a large tv. They have quality mounts for a great price. Bought one for our bedroom just like the one I purchased today and it has worked fine all these years. They knocked off half the cost when i bought a yearly inside track membership. The price of the membership was 5 dollars more than the original price....no brainer.
