I do a lot of DIY projects that need some special tools. I always go to Harbor Freight first because I know they are the cheapest around town for the equipment that I need. There are also plenty of people to help you out and explain each and every purchase that you are planning on buying. Lots of help from lots of great people. I must say that I have boughten almost all of my drills, saws, circular saws, Etc from them and they all work great! Compared to Lowe's and Home Depot you can't go wrong. They are both so overpriced it's ridiculous. For the small amount of time that I use my equipment I'd rather save the money to do more projects by buying my items from Harbor freight.

Sent here by my husband for cheaper storage for my Arts & Crafts. A nice worker helped me right away and gave me a box to put my stuff in.

Prices fair. The warranty on anything that takes gasoline is non existent if you put gas in it. How would i know if it works if i don't put gas in it?

Disabled customers beware! Female customers beware! Today, FOUR male employees were involved in a private chat, when I asked where two items were located. None of the men knew what panel clip pliers are, so sent a female trainee and I on a wild goose chase, down the wrong aisle. After eventually finding my items, and ready to check out, the only open register was on hold, because a customer was disputing the price. We had to ask if they'd open another register. Magic! A different female trainee checked us out. The other locations have always been extremely helpful. Too bad THIS location only caters to "good ole boys."
