Okay, so Harbour Freight might not have the absolute BEST quality for all their items, but knowing that part, they have some of the best cost effective products that you can get. The stores are well organized, the staff are helpful, and the place is clean. Exactly what I am expecting when I come here.

Decided to give Harbor Freight a try wish I didn't but an infrared digital thermometer the device itself not accurate at all returned it and it cost $5 for restocking fee I'll never shop here again. Just go spend the extra money on a tool that works.

Nice big clean quiet store. I usually goto west allis location but their always out of stock with everything I need past 3-4times so I end up going here. Friendly & quick to help employees for both places but hales corners always has what I need in stock so I'm starting to lean towards planning to just drive a little further 1st time around for an almost guaranteed in stock items!

Was nice when this store opened, but I just had to leave due to their terrible service. I walked up to the line at the registers, there were two people behind the registers and one customer there. Immediately as I walked up one of the two employees left to go do something else so I went back to the "wait here" sign and waited while the one employee behind the counter jibber jabbered with the customer for about 6 minutes while he was checking out with only a couple of items as far as I could tell. During that time someone with a couple of tool sets walked into the exit side of the counters and put them at a different register. When the employee helping the customer got done he went over to the person who was not waiting in line so that he could help that person instead of helping the person who had been waiting to checkout.
