Wish their store hours were better. They close early everyday and closed all day for every single minor holiday. Also they only ever have expensive oscillating tool blades in stock and that's just not why I'm going to harbor freight. Im rocking the merch though 😁

Bryan was friendly and helpful. Inventory was plentiful. Lots of parking and the store was clean and organized.

Update: 3/14/2023 One huge big Thank you to Mario at the Burbank Harbor Freight. We were taking down a shower without much luck. I went into Harbor Freight for help. Mario recommended the Hercules 14.5 amps 23lb demolition hammer. He was correct. This thing is a beast. It took care of 4” thick walls from the early 50’s. The Hercules brand it top notch. I own the 12” miter saw and grinders. They have never failed. Great place to get crowbars and high impact tools with a lifetime warranty.

Not sure what happened to this store, started coming here on my commute home from work because it's off the freeway. Also started coming to avoid the terrible customer service at the North Hills and Sylmar locations but recently I've had the same experiences. First time when I tried to return something I bought with my harbor freight money using their credit card, ultimately I lost my $10 because it wasn't purchased with actual cash and the cashier said there was nothing she could do. Funny enough she said "you should have just traded it for a different item" after losing the money on the return lol. The other was recently on 02/27/26, tried to buy something with a blue insider price tag and when it rang up regular price she (someone else this time) said I was mistaken and more than likely saw the price tag for the item next to it. I walked to the aisle and grabbed the sticker tag off the shelf as proof and was told "well if you want it for that price I can give it to you." What is happening? If I want crappy customer service I can just go back to my North hills location.

Great place to shop and the staff, are awesome and they work with you to help find the products you are looking for. They don't give you attitude like most places.
