I'm a member of the store and the young woman at the register didn't even give me a bag to carry my purchases 🛍 I had to grab my groceries with my teeth. It's a nightmare going to this store

The customer service at this location has got to be the worst i've ever experienced. I was sent to 2 locations in the store to find one particular.Item only for it not to be there. I had to wait for assistance on each time. I had to wait a few minutes each time.I asked for directions on finding a particular item, which was a canopy. Then, a guy comes in requesting to use the restroom.And the lady immediately summons someone to open the restroom. Door for this person 04/14/2026 11:45 am. Horrible customer service.

I just ran in for an item I had a coupon for. The parking was close to the entrance and the staff was very helpful in guiding me to items location. The store was very organized and very inviting. I would've loved to browse if I had the time. I have no doubt there would've been plenty to buy that I didn't know I needed.

The harbor freight is an interesting store. Harbor freight the discounts are amazing and their tools are are too I wish there was another place like this that exists maybe they should have a kiosk in Walmart. But at the end of the day harbor freight it was okay the staff was kind of snappy at first it was more of like they just had better things to do. No one really no staff member really engaged me but I still found what I needed so I give you a four star. I would have gave you a five star if the service was better I hope you understand that. I do these posts severely based off of customer experience. Next time I expect to have an old school hot dog stand outside and a twinkle in his smile from a harbor freight staff member. It's right next to a Denny's as well interesting you can get your tools and right afterwards you can go have a hot sunny side egg with bacon yummy..
