I had an amazing experience at Harbor Freight in Los Angeles, and I just have to highlight one of their team members, Barbie. She is absolutely stunning—not just in appearance, but in the way she carries herself professionally. Her customer service is truly next level. She knows her job perfectly, communicates clearly, and treats customers with genuine care and respect. I’ve visited many stores before, but I rarely see this level of service. Barbie made the whole experience smooth, pleasant, and even enjoyable. You can tell she really takes pride in what she does. Harbor Freight is lucky to have someone like her on the team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I called ahead to make sure they had what needed & they did. So I tell them ill be there shortly and so when I get there they already were waiting on me. So I pay and then one of the girls has a dolly with what bough. I get to my truck it and she tried but just wasnt able to lift it so I stepped in like the gentleman I am & did it for her and for that reason I give it 5 stars cuz other stores with mostly men working there won't even ask if you need assistance loading and this place didnt ask just did it. It was a great experience! It wasn’t crowded at all, which made it really enjoyable, and there was plenty of parking, always a plus. They also had a table filled with sale items at super low prices, which was a nice surprise. Definitely worth checking out!

I guess being a valued customers with a membership is not enough for just a little Respect Mr Gabino the manager. Returning an item that was purchased yesterday, because it was on sale today. Not opened whatsoever. All new. I just wanted to buy the same item just for a better price. Because, why would I not? Well Mr Gabino the manager refused serving me. By principle I guess that we do not satisfy guest’s legal request. Let’s remember that this is purely discriminative. There are other Harbor Freight around. Let this one sink.
