Vastly superior to the Point Loma branch in terms of customer service. However, be aware of their restocking fee before making a purchase. The notice is printed in very small text on the back of the receipt, which feels a bit tricky. Just double-check the policy before you buy!

If you want outstanding customer service look for Shawntrina! She is looking out for the customers best interest. She is making sure the products are meeting our needs and on top of all that, she's doing it with a smile on her face. Can not ask for better customer service. Hats off to Shawntrina!

As popularly known HF have those off-brand power tools for industrial to house projects. Prices are alright. You would not find Craftsman, Milwaukee, DeWalt, nor Makita here. Pittsburgh tools? Never heard of 'em. Otherwise, it is a very clean and organized store with all kinds of goodies for those hardware junkies, like me. 💪🏼😎

Store is tucked back in a corner, but the employee directed me to exact spot to get what I needed. In and out in 2 minutes.

Great deals, excellent staff at the Miramar location who are willing to help and who will roam the floor to offer help. Great tools, ranging from entry-level stuff to a new house brand of highline hand tools that are excellent. also a great place to find solar power project materials and led off-road lights.
