It's never really crowed when I go there. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and well organized. I just have to learn my way around another Harbor Freight, lol.

Good store. They have a lot of really great deals! This store is very organized and the staff are helpful! Always plenty of parking. You can also visit some places in the same lot to eat at!

The main issue is always about the coupon. There are so many restrictions and they end up being useless. Parking is a little tight. Other than that good selection of cheap tools. If you're in need of tools that you're not.going to use that often this store is a great choice.

I've always liked harbor freight. They used to have their stores located in suburbs next to larger cities. For example there was never a Harbor Freight in San Francisco proper. I always encountered harbor freight stores when I went traveling. I first began to buy tools at their store near or in Spokane Washington. They specialize in in a functional tools made in China. On the rare occasion that I had a problem with anything I bought there I made a phone call to their 1-800 number and they replaced the tool completely in in the one example that that I had.
