Very clean store. Very helpful staff. Usual layout but it fits well inside and out. Well stocked and easy to get an employees attention should you need help. Cashier was good about suggestions leading to add on sales. Make sure to add the app to your phone to get even better pricing. Place was very handicap friendly though they don't have rideable carts I had no problems pushing a cart around. Manager was very nice and I made sure to pay compliments to the outstand staff that assisted me. Parking is decent but remember it is in a higher crime area so park cautiously in higher visibility areas. All around good experience and close to the 101 freeway so quick to get there.

Manager Nicholas is very disrespectful and has to learn how to treat customers to set an example for other employees. I've had better interactions with the staff working here but he makes me not want to shop here anymore furthermore was with my friend who just got out of Stanford medical center he is legally blind he wanted to purchase some lights and batteries to jeep him move around his house better he asked if he could use the restroom the white employee with glasses was very rude and said no then he keyed the door for someone else this is blatant disrespect and prejudice I. America we value the sanctity of human life those who come from. U underprivileged neighborhood s still have a right to be treated fairly and equally the office of inspector general needs to be contacted to conduct an investigation at this store who displays blatant prejudice from employs and also the Ncaap.also will be notified

Harbor freight is a great store with membership although I have one issue with customer service Not all of course but I dislike that when I call the store they put me on hold for so long I understand they are busy and im okay with being put on hold but miss Crystal is rude and instead of answering the call that's been on hold she leaves on hold for the longest answering recent calls I tested it by using my other phone to call and put me on hold when they decide to help they answer on the one that called last instead of the person that's been on hold almost an hour..? Doesn't make sense therefore because of this issue many times I dislike going to that specific store. Work on your customer service please or if you hate your job dont work there.. simple. You can see how long they had me on hold until they decided to answer me I took this screenshot before they answered aswell I was still over an hour on hold. Terrible!!

I never had an issue with any of the workers. they work professionally .The customers are the ones are respectful to them and they don't get what they want, especially on returns the work is that you follow the rules

The store manager is awful. "Yelled" at me as soon as i walked in. I'm handicapped and i need a shopping cart to walk and hold things i can't carry. I was in the same store the day prior and they only had one cart-which a very pleasant female employee helped me with. Another employee at the register was very pleasant and helpful. If I hadn't run into the manager, they would have gotten 5+ stars. It was sat Sept 6, 2025. This second visit, i looked in and didn't see any carts, so i tried to bring in a cart that was just outside their door. Not HF's. He loudly proclaimed, 2x...k’ case i didn't hear him, "You can't bring that cart in here, blah blah blah ". I said I needed a cart to help me walk and you don’t have one. He looked behind him somewhere i couldn't see and "THERE'S ONE RIGHT THERE" Didnt point or even offer to help me get one, just went back to counting money. When i couldn't find something, i went i up front to inquire. The 2 friendly employees were busy but the Mgr was standing there. When I said, "excuse me, I have a question..." He glared at me indignantly, paused and grumbled isle 6...no isle 7 and walked into his office so I couldn't ask anything else. Their isles are long and have 3 sections, plus my items was kind of unique (rock tumbler) and not easy to find. I had already looked prior to asking. He was not nice at all. I was going to put my $200 purchase (I had other things) back and go to a different store. I was also going to return $200 from the prior day, but remembered the kind treatment of the 2 other employees. I did ask if he was just having a bad day...we all have them. But no, "he's always like that" If it was just a bad day, I wouldn't have wrote this. I like giving positive reviews. Hopefully this be seen and this manager can be relegated to a more appropriate position for his personality and not interacting with happy people
