Impressive store, Very clean and neat. I came in to buy tv wall mounts for my big screens. Jeremy was extremely helpful with everything - even helping solve a few issues along the way, Steered me in the right direction. No pushy high pressured sales just honest old fashion customer service. I wandered the store and thru out the staff checked on me making sure any questions I had were answered. Incredibly good pricing for the average do-it-yourselfer. Always some new products coming in. Get on the list for ads and you'd be surprised of the extra savings. Their parking lot sales are always a hit with me. If your a regular buyer their insiders club is well worth joining. I go here first over Home Depot. Their bulk packs beat HDs individual pack pricing, Also bought a container of bulk wall fasteners that beat the depo's 2 2-pack for the same item and have lots of various sizes left over for my next project. Score !!! All around good experience with quick check-out and the offer of assistance to my car. Definitely recommend 100 percent.

A great place for tools. Separate sections for Automobile, Powe tools, manual tools like screwdriver, spanner, wrench, electrical, measurement devices etc., plus home tools help the shopping. Couldn't find much on plumbing. Overall it is an excellent place for seeing and grabbing your tools.

This is an excellent retailer to get top notch tools and related equipment. I would recommend when you are interested in any Lowes or Home Depot tools, etc, that you also check out the Harbor Freight website and it's many locations. Harbor Freight brand products can and do complete with any of the big boy stores brands as far as quality, durability, performance and usually at a much better pricing. Harbor Freight has a wonderful customer service oriented staff who are willing to help you with any questions or issues you may have. I wish I had known about them earlier before I purchased all my yard and shop power goodies from H.D. these last few years. Now in all fairness, Lowes and H.D. do sell lumber, garden items, and much, much more than H.F. sells, but as far as power tools and etc go, check H.F. out first.

Today I went in to get a foldable platform cart and Matt was so helpful in answering my questions about the weight and pricing of the different carts. He even got the product off the shelf and brought it to the cashier for me. Customer Service was top notch. I appreciated his helpfulness.

Great place to get tools if you got a simple fix to make and won't be using the tool a lot. It's not pro quality, but for your average weekend honey-do list, it's likely okay. Kids like the free flash lights and I give out the magnetic utility bowl as tokens of appreciation to folks at the office... great for holding screws when you disassemble gadgets for a living. I get a hoot out of the 20% coupon. The electric fly swatter only semi works but is fun to play with the kids. (Sorry, ya PETA folks....what can I say, I don't like flies.)
