My experience at the Morrow Location on Sunday, May 2nd, 2026, involving two members of your store team: Cassandra, a Supervisor, and the other male Store Supervisor whose name I did not catch. I called the store and spoke with Cassandra. She informed me that I would be able to return my generator purchase, given that the sale on generators ends today. She advised me to wait or come in on Monday due to the store’s posted hours today. I noted that my GPS indicated I would arrive at 6:00 PM, which is the store’s closing time. Cassandra said that she had spoken with her manager and that I would be allowed to exchange the generator today. Based on this, I proceeded to the store, arriving from the airport with a trailer in tow. I reached the store door at 6:02 PM. A male Store Supervisor (who was on duty) told me the store was closed and did not permit entry, speaking to me through the glass door in a manner I perceived as disrespectful. Upon explaining that Cassandra had spoken with her Store manager and that I had been advised this exchange would be permitted, he informed me that the store Manager was not in the store on that day, which conflicted with Cassandra’s account. I attempted to address the situation and contacted Cassandra again. She conveyed that if the employee at the door stated I was too late, there was nothing further she could do. This left me distressed, especially since I had rushed to the store after speaking with Cassandra earlier. I feel unsettled by the experience, as the timing, communication, and treatment I received were frustrating and disheartening. Gas prices are high, and the situation caused me unnecessary stress and a sense of belittlement. I am hopeful you can review this matter and share guidance on how best to proceed with my generator exchange. I value fair service and clear, respectful communication, and I would appreciate any steps you can take to ensure a smoother experience in the future for myself and other customers.

This is my first time at this location. But Harbor Freight has never disappointed me. I will say, this experience was awesome because the gentleman that checked me out (I'm sorry for not remembering his name, but it was Store 03582, REG: 02, TRANS: 024795 on 26 August 2025) he has a great personality and engages all of his customers from what I experienced! I truly appreciate his knowledge and attentiveness!

This place is a paradise. I usually walk at least 3 times around in the store before leaving. Kinda makes me feel like a kid in a candy store with all the amazing merchandise and prices.
