When I go into a store and people are helpful and knowledgeable, I am surprised. That I'm surprised makes me sad, but the experience makes me hopeful. I've been on a journey to teach myself auto and home repair/construction and I have A LOT to learn. I've been to this Harbor Freight location just about every weekend for the past month. Every time I've been met with patient people who are either knowledgeable or willing to find someone who can help me. Today it was Caitlyn, one of the managers, but the other young lady managing last weekend was just as helpful. My questions were answered, and I was never rushed. She helped me to not overspend for my needs, and she was extremely knowledgeable of cars in general and the products. I know not all HF products are the best, but some are very good. If you do your due diligence, you end up with quality tools at a savings. I'm still using Milwaukee, Makita, etc, but if an HF product can do the job for less...plus a lifetime warranty, why not? Anyway, thank you Caitlyn and to the other employees who helped me. I'm definitely coming back!

Clean and well run Harbor Freight location. The store is in stock, shelves are managed and neatly organized. Harbor freight is good for specific tasks where you can find tools for odd jobs or some hard to find tools. The value for the money you spend is appreciated and HF has low prices. If you shop careful carefully, you can avoid some of the flimsy items or others that will not hold up as well as a namebrand power tool. The returns process is frictionless. Recommended

Thank you for having such customer oriented and trained professionals in your store. From each state I have visited I stopped at the HF and not one was to this level of professional service with a customer oriented ethos. It's this location that keeps me coming back to HF and feeling I have a tremendous value from purchasing the Insider Track Club membership. The store is stocked and staffed, unlike the others in my area with consistently empty shelves , limited availability, and no one to assist.

This is a new store, so the facility is very crisp, clean, and organized. I visited the day it opened and was a little surprised they did not have any Grand Opening going on. I assume they are doing a soft opening, then having a grand opening in the near future. The manager told me they did not allow any pictures or video inside the store. I told her I was doing a review, but that was not allowed either. I had already taken most of the pictures, so it was not a problem. They are pushing the insider club in order to get special deals throughout the year. I found that the deals are not usually on the items I was interested in, so it did not pay to get the membership. One of my beefs with Harbor Freight is that the electric, hydronic, Air tools, battery operated, etc have only a 90 day warranty. Here is where they want to sell you an extended warranty. I have found that with the warranty tacked on to the price they are not that competitive. I have purchased many brand named items at Home Depot and Lowes with my 10% military discount and paid less than Harbor Freight. They lower priced tools here are lower quality and therefore not such a good buy. The higher priced tools they are selling now are definitely better quality, but it is a fine line between them and the national brands. However, with the warranty here the return process is quite good. I used to buy alot of tools from Harbor Freight when they had sales and coupons, but they have changed the way they do business. Don't get me wrong, they have some good buys here, you just have to be up on competitive prices in the marketplace before buying from here. Anyway, this is a nice store to shop, just know your going to have to be on your game to get the better valued items here. Some of the items are sure winners at the price they sell at, but many are not worth the money. Would love to be a little more positive about this store and the franchise... but since they changed their marketing and business plan, they have faded in my eyes as a valuable source for tools. Lol.

Nice selection. Went in to buy binoculars for an upcoming trip. I got what I needed . Check out staff was not friendly at all . No greeting when you walk in . Customer service definitely could use some help.
