I am no one. Finally there's one in Union City 💣 it's very organized. Everything was easy to find✅ There are items here that aren't at the Fayetteville location 🤔this was a great visit. No crowds. There was a small wait for a customer doing a swap out🙄damn warranties 🙄other than that the cashier was a guy😊so rare. He's very nice and helpful. Of course, we'll be back😎thank you for reading my review and enjoy your day 👍

In store shopping. Asked to use restroom and worker says they are closed b/c they have already cleaned them. Told Supervisor and she said “well”. Will not be back…

Great service. Unlike all the other Harbor Freight stores I’ve been to in California, Las Vegas, and Georgia, this is the first I’ve ever seen where they have a designated checkout lane that loops. All the obra I’ve seen make folks block aisles while they wait to check out.

Terrible customer service. I walked in to do a small return with receipt at 7:31pm and the store open until 8pm and yet they told me can't do returns because they shut down all the return services at 7:30pm. Still filled with employees with nothing going on and can't do it...what a lame excuse. I used to like harbor freight a lot and now getting more and more disappointed every time.

Greetings, I am a consistently paying customer of Harbor Freight. I asked to use to the restroom. They said they had a problem with theft. The cashier stated they didnt have a public restroom. The cashier did not even ask management could I use it because I was a paying customer. I am an upstanding veteran and needed to use the restroom. I will not shop there again.
