One million times better than City Mill. Workers are eager to help and give advice if needed. Better prices and bigger selection of things you need, unlike City Mill. Locally operated by friendly and knowledgeable people. My new go-to hardware store!

Knowledgeable staff...much more soon than Lowes or home depot, so if you have an old house, ask Ace first and save yourself some frustrations!

Be careful, this store will tow your car promptly even if you shop there. The owner took satisfaction in towing my car because I did not find what I was looking for in the store and went looking for it to the nearby auto service shops. Well done losing customers! Keep at it.

Horrible customer care as soon as I walk to the door said that I couldn’t return into my items because I didn’t buy it at their location, which is not true. Go to a different ace location

Prices are higher than City Mill (where I normally go) for some reason , but once in a while they have something I need that is out of stock elsewhere. Heads up, they talk shit about YOU if you don't respond back in an overtly-cheery fashion when they greet you (seen it happen multiple times). Plus, they like to follow certain "types" of people around the store as if you're going to steal, even if you have spent over $2000 in the current year. A $300 Stihl chainsaw I bought from here has given me nothing but problems within 2 years and I ended up selling it. Therefore, I only go here if I have no other option. On the plus side, there is usually parking available (I wonder why)
