I feel so special when I go to home Depot cuz it's like I have a secret shopper that follows me around the store. And when I ask this secret shopper how he likes his job or what paint does something or what do you think about this or you know something like that he goes oh I don't work here and I just chuckle to myself but yeah I like it I love having people follow me the greatest and it only happens in home Depot doesn't happen in Lowe's it doesn't happen in like sitting meal you know I don't know why. Anyways the workers that do work there that are wearing uniforms are truly helpful they know exactly where everything it is and what Iowa and where is located in the aisle I'm just I'm grateful for that pretty stoked.

Outstanding customer service from a Mr. Jody. I was loading up a bunch of heavy pressure treated lumber into my truck. He came up and asked me if I needed a hand out of nowhere proceeded to help me fully load my truck. Very friendly, polite. Don't know what you're paying this guy but it's not enough LOL. Do y'all need to hire more people like him.

A huge store with all everything you need for your home. It can be great if you're looking for many things but can get overwhelming when you're looking for something specific and don't have time to look at each aisle, their staff are usually occupied I would have difficulties trying to get help even though they would be nice about it. I would only go to the plant section which has a lot of variety and instructions on care for each plant. However I find that their price is a bit more expensive than their competitors.

It’s my first time duplicating keys at Home Depot. I wasn’t sure where to go, but this kind staff who was busy working on something down the aisle was very helpful. He stopped what he was doing and didn’t mind the interruption from a customer from his facial expressions. Thank you, Mr Ken K for your help today. I had to get 9 copies of my keys. He was patient to take me to the right place - the key machine is well hidden in the middle of the store. And he helped me to duplicate all my keys. He also displayed warmth in the way he treated me as a customer. I was browsing through carabiners while waiting and he gave me very helpful and practical advice about it. I appreciate his help. He made my initial nerve racking trip to home depot a really good and memorable one. Thank you, Mr Ken K. :) If I need to duplicate keys again, I’ll definitely go back to Home Depot at this location. :)

They got 4 stars ONLY for customer service in the Garden Department; the employee I remembered most, was a beautiful women (brown skin, ethnicity unimportant) with a smile & laugh that made my entire visit!! Anyways, the plant selection in this location is AMAZING!! From a horticulture student perspective, I was in heaven—I’m a Colorado resident and everything back home is dormant or dead, so it was beautiful to see life AGAIN!!!
