The store is clean and organized, but it never has anything in stock. It's like an afterthought compared to the Independence store. Constantly out of stock of the things I need. Half the time I just end up going to Menards since they almost always have what I need. Need to do better about keeping inventory on hand.

Love this store. It can sometimes be a little discombobulated, especially in the sale aisle. But Harbor Freight always has the exact tool I’m looking for, no matter how niche, and always for a cheaper price than the competition.

The staff is awesome! The new floorplan looks great and it's always a great experience shopping here. The only thing they need is a lounge for bored wives and also for me when my grandpa comes along because he likes to window shop every item. :D

We had a terrible downpour about a month ago and my sump pump finally went out on me after talking to a friend of mine's I decided to come here to buy a new one and it look like I wasn't the only one having that issue. There was a guy walking out with one under his arm and when I was in line there was about five people behind me all holding one play I didn't even think about this place I was going to go to Lowe's until I talked to my best friend. I'm glad I did it save me close to $100 if not more and it works just as good. They have some affordable brands that work just as good as the big names that you see at Lowe's, Home Depot, and Menards

A friend af mine had dementia and spent hundreds of dollars at this store. After he passed away, we found all the Harbor Freight mechandise, unused, in the garage. Unfortunately, the receipts were long gone. They knew him, but would not make any exception to the "no receipt, no refund," policy. Even with receipts, they would have pulled out the "90 day returns not allowed" rule. Walmart will at least let us get store credit without receipts. We've been able to return >$350 of random stuff he bought there while suffering from dementia. Would be really nice if Harbor Freight reached out to help out his widow.
