I love this location. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store is very clean and organized. Restroom was extremely clean.

Geared to the DIYer, the merchandise isn’t all pro quality, but priced to sell! Very responsive and kind staff. Not a busy location where other retailers have closed—apparently due to little area traffic. (I like combining a Target run with an HF tools run. Target is right across the street.)

I've been shopping here for years now and recently witnessed an employee, i was later told was named Sarah by the cashier. This woman just gives off the nastiest energy. I had requested an item from the back from the cashier and she appologized profusely after a minute or two. She asked again, suddenly this employee Sarah appears with a disgusted look on her face telling the employee to get it herself next time. I don't know how she could with 3 people behind me. This isn't the first time, I've dealt with her personally at the register. She just has that look of "don't talk to me". I asked if an item was in stock that had been out of stock lately and she replied, "I don't know go check the shelf!" I had to leave a review after that one. Horrible customer service, Horrible attitude. Let someone else be cashier and stick her in an office somewhere. I was appalled she told me to "go check myself". This is my local store and all the other emoloyees are fantastic. But I've had so many rude reactions with this Sarah employee it was time to say something.

Great selection of products but if your looking to be helped as a honest customer pick another location. I was treated as if I'm going to steal an item. Pointed the direction of items I asked for. Once I returned to the register the employee left the register and stood by the door until his coworker finished with another customer Total weird exp for a law abiding citizen I'll drive 15 mins out of the way to be treated better with my purchases from Harbor Freight
