​We all know Harbor Freight has great deals, but the customer service at this location is what really stands out. I went in when the store was absolutely packed and super busy, but the staff didn't let the rush slow them down or impact their attitude. ​Instead of being brushed off like you might expect during peak hours, an employee took the time to listen to what I needed and helped me find exactly what I was looking for right away. They were efficient, friendly, and kept the energy positive despite the crowd. ​It’s great to see a team that can handle a rush and still make sure their customers are taken care of. I’ll definitely be back to this location!

If I could honestly give this store negative stars I would. The supervisor Emily, was so disrespectful to a customer when he was trying to return a product. The customer was being respectful at first and she completely blew up on him and started mocking him. I ended up following them in the back to where he was willing to upgrade his tool but she continued to be rude and insulting to him. I was willing to give this store a second chance but honestly I will take my money elsewhere. The amount of disrespect she had towards him and other customers was astonishing. She’s horrible. Harbor Freight, do better! Corporate will definitely be hearing about this and I hope the other staff members that witnessed it, do it too. Unbelievable!

Shopping was easy, it’s the part where I had entered my phone number to ensure I could pull up the receipt later, the number didn’t capture i guess. But I had called to see if they could look up the receipt by credit card and I was shot down. It’s crazy to me because everywhere else can look up the receipts by credit card. Other than that, great deals, the membership doesn’t seem worth it though.

I'm going to state the fscts. Draw your own conclusion. Maybe one day stupidity will come to an end. As I'm waiting in long line I heardthe cashiers, including the one that assisted me, ASKED the customers as they were checking out "Do you want a free item...." Strangely the same cashier, a white female that ASKED the two Latino guys before me if they wanted a free item, didn't ask me. After I paid for my purchase I asked her if I get free item. She said "you didn't mention it before the purchase. You have to ASK for it before a purchase." Then the guy,I'm assuming manager, confirmed it and said it as if it was my fault I didn't ask before purchase. I started walking off and accepted the stupidity, possibly racist bs. The assumed manager then said "I will give you one this time, but next time you have to ask for it before purchase." Alot of you will think to yourselves that the actions were nothing serious. Alot of you are not a 52 year old Black male that experiences racist bs every damn day.

I love Harbour Freight, they have amazing deals and very respectable quality. I highly recommend their corded Bauer products!
